Here is an article about a local Architect that my friend works for. Ed (the principle architect) left the largest architectural firm in Nevada, where he was a principle and CEO, to start a smaller, more grounded firm. Interesting I thought as Iknow that some in the group have had issues like this in the past or will be experiancing this soon.

This seems to be something we have yet to discuss. There is so much administrative work to deal with in our profession, and very few people besides architects who know how to handle it. And although most of us do not dream architecture encompasses this, responsibility in these areas is vital to our profession.
But for the record, I think he made the right decision.
